退货和退款政策

本商店所售出的均实行三包政策,请顾客保存好有效凭证,以确保本商店在必要之时可以为您进行更好的服务。

 

保修细则:

任何在本商店购买的商品,从货物送达的7日内若出现非人为的损毁,您可以选择退货、换货、或维修。我方会在进行检测评估后,若证实是产品本身质量问题,本商店会及时按您的要求给予退款、换货或维修。如果检测结果是无故障或是人为因素造成的故障,本商店会及时通知您,并咨询您的处理意见。

 

A. 符合以下条件,可以要求换货:

  • 货物送达时在送货员面前检查,发现有质量问题的货物;
  • 实际收到货物与网站上所描述有很大出入的误送货物。

 

换货流程:
客户当面要求送货人员退回货物,然后与本商店联系。我方会为您重新安排发货日期。

 

B. 符合以下条件,可以要求退货:

  • 在7日期保固限内发现商品有明显的制造缺陷;
  • 货物经过一次换货但仍然存在质量问题的;
  • 我方没有提前通知的情况下,到发货期限却没收到货物。

 

退货流程:
客户在收到货物后两天内与本商店联系,本商店会在7个工作日内通过银行汇款把您的货款退回。

 

C. 在任何以下情况,我方有权拒绝客户的退换货要求:

  • 非厂家,或送货所造成的人为损毁;
  • 超过7日退换货期限的退换货要求;
  • 货物目前已经被使用、或进行改装;
  • 客户的产品并非通过本商店网站所购买;
  • 货物本身完整无误、也不存在质量问题。

 

退回的货物将与收据一并检查,货物应处于良好状态。如果商品已被客户使用或损坏,则我方不会答应退款。如果您的货物在非我方提供的运输在回程途中丢失或损坏 ,我方也不会承担责任。

Return & Refund Policy

 

All the products sold in our store are subject to the “Three Guarantees” policy. Customers are requested to keep valid certificates to ensure that this store can provide you with better services when necessary.

 

Warranty details:

If any goods purchased in this store are damaged by non-artifacts within 7 days after the goods are delivered, you can choose to return, exchange, or repair. After examine and evaluation, if the result shows it is a quality problem, our store will promptly give you a refund, replacement or repair according to your requirements.

 

If the test result is no fault or caused by human factors, our store will notify you in time and consult your handling opinions.

 

A. If meet the following conditions, you can request a replacement:

  • Check the goods in front of the delivery person when the goods are delivered and find the goods with quality problems;
  • Received the miss-delivered, or goods with great differences from the its description.

 

The Exchange Procedure:
Customer should requests the delivery person to return the goods, and contacts our store at once. We will reschedule the delivery date for you.

 

B. If meet the following conditions, you can request a return:

  • It is found that the product has obvious manufacturing defects within the 7-days warranty limit;
  • The goods have been exchanged once but there are still quality problems;
  • We did not receive the goods within the delivery deadline without our prior notice.

 

The Return Procedure:
Customer should contact our store within two days after receiving the goods, and the store will return your payment through bank transfer within 7 working days.

 

C. In any of the following situations, we have the right to refuse the customer's request for return:

  • Man-made damages which are not caused by manufacturing or the delivery;
  • The request has exceeded the 7-days return and exchange period;
  • The goods have already been used or modified;
  • The products are not purchased through our store website;
  • The goods are intact, correct, and without quality issue.

 

The returned goods will be checked together with the receipt and the goods should be in good condition. If the product has been used or damaged by the customer, we will not promise a refund. We will not be liable if your goods are lost or damaged on the way back from transportation not provided by us.
